Job Description:

• Genpact Walkin Drive For Customer Service: Voice Roles.
• Languages Known: English+Hindi.
• Shifts: Flexible with any shift.
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Only work from office).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation: Any grad except law/diploma is eligible.
• Work Experience: 0 to 3 years (previous exp. in voice roles).
• Candidate should be able to speak/read/understand both Hindi and English language.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate (Any Discipline except Law/diploma).
• Freshers are eligible (Undergraduates/pursuing/result awaited candidates are not eligible).
• Candidates upto 3-year experience in voice process are eligible.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
• Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent.
• You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift).

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries and customer’s concern.
• Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies.
• Reproduce customer issues and advance product bugs.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
• You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
