Job Description:

• CGI is hiring for Apprentice (Python Full Stack With AI) Role.
• Employment Type: Full Time.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Position Description:

• An Apprentice will gain transition on ASOP tool suite and will work along with ASOP support team providing support to end users.
• This role is ideal for a curious learner who is eager to master the ASOP tool suite and provide effective support to ASOP users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to ASOP Support.
• Respond to customer or end-user queries via ASOP tool systems
• Diagnoses and troubleshoot problems.
• Provide timely solutions or connect with respective stakeholders for solution.
• Log, track, and update support tickets in ASOP Jira.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers or users.
• Keep users informed about the status of their issues.
• Provide guidance or instructions for resolving problems.
• Strong analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of ticketing tools
• Participate in process mapping and documentation exercises
• Work with other teams such as development, QA, or network teams for problem resolution.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and new technologies.
• Suggest improvements to support processes.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Atlassian tools (Jira, JSM & Confluence).
• Exposure to basic database knowledge.
• Exposure to AI platforms like Azure AI, OpenAI, or Google Cloud AI.
