• Good written & Verbal communication.
• Interested to work in voice Process (BPO).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Flexible to work in Night Shifts/Rotational Shifts.
• Ready to work from Office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand the issue and route to appropriate team.
• Ticket Creation/Categorization/Prioritization.
• Incident resolution and recovery.
• Ensure on meeting daily KPIs.
• Receiving and making end user calls.
• Provide first level resolutions.
