Job Description:
- Zeotap is hiring for Program Management Intern – Bangalore Location.
Internship start, Duration:
- Immediate start
- Duration will be minimum 6 months.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates in the final year/semester.
- Up to 1 year of experience working on Project or Program management, Project coordination space (Experience not mandatory).
- Quick learner – ability to grasp workflows, processes, product know-how, tools.
- Good understanding of Agile software development practices (Scrum, Kanban).
- Good understanding or Ability to work on agile project mgmt. tools (like Atlassian JIRA).
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency – chase tasks, roadblocks to closure.
- Ability to Identify and report Risks.
- Good communication skills, Ability to converse and convey concerns with relevant data.
- Good email etiquette, Good Virtual / Video conferencing / Chat etiquette.
Job Responsibilities:
- You assist program manager(s) within the PMO team in co-ordination of project planning by means of quarterly release and sprint planning.
- You assist in project execution, capturing risks and dependencies, facilitate closure of blockers and impediments, identify right teams for resolution, apply change management controls to navigate deliverables to deployments.
- You support PMO governance by means of adhering to metrics, identifying anomalies and reporting.
- You work with multiple teams namely Product management, Engineering, Quality assurance, Infrastructure & DevOps, Production Support, Information security, Technical writer, Legal, Business teams.
- You work on a very fast paced product development environment.
- You adhere to Zeotap’s company’s privacy and information security policies and procedures.
- You complete all the awareness trainings assigned on time.
