Eligibility Criteria:
- 0 to 2 yrs experience in basic System and Network admin.
- Certifications like CCNA, MCSE are a plus.
- Preferred only Male Candidates.
- Night shift a must (possibility of rotational shift in future).
- Should be a Quick leaner and have positive attitude
- Good Written & Spoken Communication skills
- Good Organizational skills.
- Minimum 2 years commitment.
- Should be able to multitask.
- Should be available 24×7 and for any IT support work scheduled for weekends.
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting of basic system (hardware/software) and network related issues.
- Taking Data backups and maintaining trackers.
- Installing software and OS patches.
- Maintain help documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Monitoring servers, network devices.
- Troubleshooting of issues with VOIPs, Internet access.
