Job Description:
- Wipro Off Campus Drive For BE/BTech/MCA Graduates at Coimbatore For Trainee (Full Time) role.
- Service Agreement: 12 Months of Service Agreement.
- Shift Timings: 11.30 AM to 9.00 PM / 5.30 PM to 3.00 AM (Business Requirement).
- Interview Locations: Coimbatore and Chennai.
- Work Location: Coimbatore.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Trainee is responsible for configuring and testing Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) System to meet the needs of our clients’ requirements.
- Configuring involves using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA System as defined by analysis
- Testing involves the preparation of test cases and test data and execution of test activities based on the direction from the SA.
- This role is designed as an entry-level position for applicants with strong skill sets in programming (logical reasoning, analytical skills), systems configuration and testing related to systems that support human resource functions.
Technical Skills (Mandate):
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles/concepts.
- Knowledge in Simple & Complex SQL Queries.
- Writes intermediate SQL queries.
- Good Testing Knowledge.
- Good in Analytical & logical.
Communication and Excellence:
- Excellent communication skills (Oral, written and listening ability).
