Job Description:

• Volvo Group is hiring for Graduate Apprentice Trainee.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

What you will do:

• Support the design and delivery of digital solutions using analytics and automation tools for business and operational use
• Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple systems to solve ambiguous business problems.
• Build business-ready dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help stakeholders understand trends, exceptions, risks, and performance.
• This expands on the source role’s explicit focus on data visualization.
• Help identify insights using data analysis, automation, and advanced analytics thinking, including opportunities related to ML, AI, and big data where relevant.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change requests in IT systems, and participate in testing and validation activities after deployment.
• Translate business needs into simple, clear analytical outputs and support adoption of new tools and ways of working.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Required Competence:

• Strong fundamentals in SQL ,Python, AI/ML, Power Automation.
• Hands-on experience in data visualization tools, especially Power BI and preferably Qlik.
• Strong capabilities in data analysis and data science fundamentals.
