Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates with 60% throughout the academics and no back logs only need to apply.
- Knowledge on Software engineering concepts (ex: SDLC Phases, STLC, Waterfall model).
- Good understanding of object oriented programming, design and debugging skills.
- Should have knowledge in C or C# or Java.
- Good understanding of Testing concepts and Software testing techniques.
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology preferred.
- Knowledge on Database concepts and SQL queries.
- Strong Interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of team.
- Good Team player, Flexible and quick learner.
- Excellent Analytical skills and basic understanding of programming concepts.
- Knowledge on Cloud computing and Web services preferable.
- Knowledge in insurance domain preferable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Description:
Analysis:
- Acquire knowledge in Insurance and Banking domains.
- Understanding the requirement for the project and deriving test cases.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools such as Selenium.
- Work with developers to understand the design and update the test scripts.
- Be a creative thinker who can quickly identify and test for functional ‘edge cases’ outside of expected. functionality workflow – Unit Testing, UX testing, Integration testing of API etc.
Design:
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans, test cases and test data.
Execute:
- Write and execute test scripts.
- Ensure that all tests are executed and regular feedback is given to the concerned person.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
- Be meticulous about documentation and maintaining a robust log of all test cases and test results.
- Work closely with software developers to iron out any bugs in the software and improve the quality of the finished product.
Report:
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
- Ability to meet timelines for individual projects/ tasks assigned.
Interview Process:
- 1st Round: Pre-Screening on Communications.
- 2nd Round: Group Discussion.
- 3rd Round: Online Assessment Test (Aptitude, Object Oriented Programming).
- 4th Round : Technical Interview.
- 5th Round : HR Interview.
