Job Description:
- ValueLabs is hiring for SQL Technical/Application Support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong into SQL Queries with L1 and L2 support.
- Looking for Immediate profile.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Resolve the cases flagged by end users, clients, interval vendors and external vendors using Email and or Phone as support channel.
- Resolve the queries/cases to fullest satisfaction by adhering to defined process /procedures.
- Deliver the KPIs and SLAs allocated to technical support engineer.
- Regular analysis and feedback ideas/suggestions that will improve efficiency, production and or quality of both operations and customer experience.
- Job involves Troubleshooting, diagnosing, root cause analysis, and detailed reviewing.
