• Hi, We have opening for International Customer Support (Semi Voice Process) for ValueLabs permanent role Hyderabad location.
• Mode: Hybrid, Work From Home (WFH).
• Who can join Immediately or 15 Days.
• Fixed Night Shift.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Work Experience: Fresher and Experienced with very good communication skills.
• Preferred candidate profile: Immediate or 15 days.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Resolve queries flagged by clients, vendors and providers, and deliver the project KPIs.
• International Phone support and Email Support.
• Must possess excellent communication skills with ability to tackle harsh callers, phonetic skills and excellent etiquites.
• Must work in night shift only.
• Resolve various cases via phone/email Provide world class customer service to the clients Deliver KPI goals.
