Job Description:
- TEKsystems is looking for Fresher graduates for one of their client HP Enterprise who is a product based company located in Electronic city, Bangalore.
- The Selected candidate will be an employee of TEKsystems deployed on a project at HP Enterprise.
- This position is open because they have a SFDC tool which is being replaced, so client requires manpower to monitor the tasks, check with the other team members and to ensure the tickets are resolved and SLA’s are met on time.
- They act as the mediators between the customer and the technical teams by monitoring the basic cases and following up to ensure the tasks are completed on time (B2B process).
- This position ensures to maintain the SLA’s to close correctly by monitoring the tasks.
- Shifts: Rotational Shifts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Basic awareness on technology
- Good thought flow.
