Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is hiring for Domestic Voice Process.
• Job Title: Customer Support Associate.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• 5 days working.
• 2 rotational week offs.
• General shifts (no cab facility).
• Voice and Non Voice Process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible.
• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent communication skills required.

• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain call quality standards and adhere to compliance guidelines.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth process delivery.

• 3 rounds (All Virtual): HR, Ops, Client.
