Job Description:

• Firstsource is hiring for International Chart Process.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
• B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, Post Graduation Freshers are not eligible.
• Strong written English skills.
• Basic computer knowledge & good typing speed.
• Willing to work rotational/night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat and email.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain a professional and courteous communication style.
• Manage multiple conversations while ensuring high-quality service.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Requirements:

• B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, Post-Graduation Freshers are not eligible.
• Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
