Job Summary:

• Tech Mahindra Walkin Drive For Banking Process Associate.
• Job Title: Associate Customer Support Voice Process.
• Employment Type: Permanent.
• Salary: 2.0 LPA To 3.0 LPA.
• Working days after training: 5 days with 2 days rotational weekly off.
• Mode of work: Work from Office.
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Hitech City).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Intermediate and Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Well-articulated sentences; Strong comprehension, expression, tone & pronunciation; Speech clarity, perfect diction, and fluency.
• Verbal: English & Hindi (Primary), Regional Languages (Secondary).
• Written: English, Hindi, and regional languages.

Language Proficiency:

• Mandatory: English & Hindi Mandatory + Required any Additional Languages.

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with strong communication skills.
• Act as an advisor to customers, assisting with queries and providing resolutions.
• Follow up and provide updates to customers within promised timelines.
• Document all interactions accurately in CRM as per guidelines.
• Capture relevant notes from customer conversations for future reference.
• Provide timely Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to the team for product improvement.
• Adhere to login and production hours: Total – 9:00 Hours.
• Shift Timings: Male employees – Rotational day shifts; Female Employees – Rotational day shifts.
• Stay updated with process knowledge and daily updates.
