Job Description:

• We are currently looking for freshers to work with our internal team here in Hyderabad (WFO).
• Please apply only if you have excellent communication skills (Both verbal & Written).
• Also, Please apply only if you are in Hyderabad.
• Work Mode: Work from office (Mon – Fri, fixed week off’s on Sat & Sun).
• Shift: UK (12PM to 9:30PM) – 2 way transportation with in the radius of 35 KMS.
• Interview Mode: Face to Face.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation in any field (Mandatory).
• Need extraordinary communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manually verify responses which the automated digitized marking system is unable to translate within the agreed confidence levels with utmost quality.
• Qualitative Accuracy agreed to SLA.
• Quantitative Consistent entry to agreed SLA.
• Follow guidelines and trainings imparted while performing duties in the mark verification process.
• Maintain and follow data and information security guidelines.
• Report on issues or challenges to the reporting manager as soon as possible to avoid errors or delay in submission of the work.
• Assist teams in all tasks required to complete the project and liaise with other functional groups as required.
