Job Description:
- We are currently looking for freshers to work with our internal team here in Hyderabad (WFO).
- Please apply only if you have excellent communication skills (Both verbal & Written).
- Also, Please apply only if you are in Hyderabad.
- Work Mode: Work from office (Mon – Fri, fixed week off’s on Sat & Sun).
- Shift: UK (12PM to 9:30PM) – 2 way transportation with in the radius of 35 KMS.
- Interview Mode: Face to Face.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation in any field (Mandatory).
- Need extraordinary communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manually verify responses which the automated digitized marking system is unable to translate within the agreed confidence levels with utmost quality.
- Qualitative Accuracy agreed to SLA.
- Quantitative Consistent entry to agreed SLA.
- Follow guidelines and trainings imparted while performing duties in the mark verification process.
- Maintain and follow data and information security guidelines.
- Report on issues or challenges to the reporting manager as soon as possible to avoid errors or delay in submission of the work.
- Assist teams in all tasks required to complete the project and liaise with other functional groups as required.
