Job Summary:
Tech Mahindra: ELEVATE II – Technical Internship Program
- Considering the demand for Elevate resources and based on an overwhelming response of 1,50,000+ applications from our last ELEVATE Batch, we as part of our academia-industry interface, are delighted to launch – ELEVATE II aligned with our RISE philosophy.
- This program will be applicable to 2019, 2020 and 2021 pass-outs.
- We will have a 6 month internship period followed by full-time job opportunities.
- The program is uniquely designed to offer young individuals an opportunity to put their academic knowledge into practical situations while gaining relevant industry and domain experience.
- Inspired by the “Skill India” initiative, our purpose is to create “Skilled Workforce” and an eco-system that bridges the gap by imparting job skills to an expanding workforce over the next few decades.
Job Description:
- This Program is open ONLY for Engineering graduates and/or MCA candidates who are passed out in 2019 & 2020 and passing out in 2021 without any backlog.
- This is not open to candidates who have passed these courses prior to 2019.
- Also ME/MTech candidates are not eligible for this program.
- System recognizes percentage grade only. In case your academic grading/rating is CGPA based, convert them into equivalent percentage (%) grade as per your University Guidelines and enter. Entering CGPA rating will result in you being found not eligible for this drive. Enter the percentage upto two decimals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate having scored minimum of 60% in 10th/Xth, 12th/XIIth, Engineering Degree and MCA are eligible for this drive.
- In case candidate has done Diploma (after 10th), then minimum of 60% in Diploma is mandatory.
- Where the candidate has done both 12th or equivalent and Diploma, then also minimum of 60% in both is mandatory for meeting eligibility criteria.
- Not more than 1-year gap between SSC and graduate program
- Any candidate with a loss of academic year post joining the graduate/post-graduate program is ineligible to apply.
Note:
- On successful registration, the Registration Id and Registration PIN will be sent to you on your mail id registered with us.
- You must note down these Registration Id & PIN as you will be requiring this subsequently for all correspondence with us besides for appearing in the test.
- Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be invited for virtual and proctored online test in about 1-2 weeks from the date of candidature registration.
- Candidates clearing the online test will only be invited for next level of evaluation.
- In case you had appeared earlier for Tech Mahindra Fresher Recruitment drive (either Campus or off Campus) in the last 6 months preceding this registration, you are not eligible to register for this drive. There must a clear gap of 6 months between the date you had last appeared for a Tech Mahindra Drive and date of registration.
Selection Process:
- Candidates shortlisted from the registered list will undergo a selection process where they will be evaluated on Aptitude, Communication, Personality, Technical Skills (Basic Programming Test) and Business Awareness.
Important Dates:
- Applications End Date: 28th March 2021
- Assessment Start Date: 1st April 2021
- Assessment End Date: 16th April 2021
- Shortlisting & Announcement: 17th April – 23rd April 2021
- Onboarding Date: 26th April 2021.
Post Selection:
On selection
- Candidates will be issued Letter of Intent.
- Candidate will be guided through business unit specific self-learning including project assignments/PoCs.
- No stipend will be provided during the internship period.
- Candidate’s performances will be carefully monitored to identify high potential candidate and confirmation of the offer will be communicated before or at the end of internship period basis business unit confirmation.
Workplace and Timings:
- Candidate should be willing to work at any of the TechM Development Center’s or Client Locations spread across country as per the company specified work timings including shift working.
