Job Description:

• We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team as Recruiter Interns.
• This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri), LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates for feedback and documentation.
• Maintain candidate database and trackers.
• Support bulk hiring and walk-in drives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA (HR)/Graduates interested in HR & Recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment process.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Willing to work from Bangalore office.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Naukri/LinkedIn sourcing.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
