Job Description:
- Responsible for developing, implementing, validating, maintaining, and supporting computerized systems in order to ensure that operations are running smoothly within the division, while complying with internal procedures and meeting established timeframes.
- Provide support for the division’s applications as well as a first level computer support to users.
- Execute tests and write validation documentation, training/operating manuals and SOPs related to the division’s software.
- Oversee the rollout of the division’s applications and helps train users.
- Assist in reviewing/harmonizing the divisions’ work processes and those of other divisions when applicable.
- Analyze, develop and implement appropriate desktop solutions for users, in order to respond to identified needs.
