Job Description:
- S&P Global is hiring for Project Management Intern (PMO) – Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon Locations.
The Team:
- S&P Global DTS Corporate – Our Digital Technology Services (DTS) Project Management team works with a wide range of technologies and uses their expertise to resolve divergent issues.
- We support a global company, eagerly supporting new projects to resolve critical, work-stopping issues.
- We provide project and program support, expertise, and mentorship for each of these initiatives. Our operational values are focus on the solution, act, and honor your commitments.
The Impact:
- Exposure to the real corporate world in the domain of Project Management.
- You will work with a talented team of Infrastructure Engineers, System Administrators, Security Analysts, Application Teams, and other Project/Program Managers to ensure the company’s products are supported by a strong infrastructure.
- This team is committed to mitigating risk while handling tasks, resources, and changes. You will build positive relationships with your internal partners through providing regular project and program updates.
- You will help with the delivery of large projects/programs that provide the company with a secure and reliable IT infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Project Management for planning, monitoring, and controlling projects.
- Basic knowledge of report creation and data analysis.
- Innovative, creative, and willing to contribute ideas and learn new things.
- Good knowledge of MS Office like Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal English communications skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships at all levels in the organization.
- Keen to learn new processes and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- With or Pursuing Bachelor’s degree or a Graduate degree preferably in IT, Computer Science, or related streams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with members of the team to prepare the agenda for the meetings and sharing the invites.
- Take notes from the meeting, Prepare MOM and share with the attendees along with attendance March 2023 S&P Global – Internal Use Only.
- Follow standard project processes, manage documents inventory (Excel, PPT, Word) for providing required updates against appropriate project metrics.
- Assist in admin tasks.
- Undergo and complete the tools and process training.
- Go through the Project related documentation for better understanding.
