Job Description:

• SITEL Hyderabad is hiring for International Technical Support Voice Process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 18 years to 35 years.
• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (or +2 equivalent).
• Work Experience: Any Under Grad or Graduate freshers or experienced can apply.
• Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
• Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
• Salary: As per Market Standards

Job Description For International Voice (Technical Support Level 1):

• Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers.
• Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
• Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
• Must Have basic Technical Knowledge on networking Concepts.
• Working Days: 5 days working.
• Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs (Rotational and Split).
• Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop.
• Rounds of Interview: JAM, HR, Voice, Operations Round, Client Round.
• All Interviews will happen over Telephonic or Skype.
• At least 1 dose of Covid Vaccination is mandatory.

Note:

• Any candidate applying for this position should be okay to work from office.
• The role is for work from office however currently it will be Work from Home and when informed one should be okay to work from Office as well.
• The selected candidates should be able to join immediately and have all documents handy for background verification.
