• Greetings From Sagility, We are hiring Freshers For International Voice Process Associate.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresh Graduates (2022- 2025 Pass outs).
• Degrees Allowed: BCom, BSc, BBA, BA, Pharma (Non-Technical Streams Only).
• Not Eligible: BE/B.Tech, Postgraduates, Diploma holders.
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

• Process US healthcare claims with accuracy and within timelines.
• Handle and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Ensure adherence to client SLAs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
