Eligibility Criteria:
- Gaps (More than 1 year gap should not be there between graduations & between Employments if any).
- Should have proper documents for education & Employments if any.
- Comfortable with 24×7 shift timing Which includes regular night shifts).
- Immediate Joiner Preferred.
Desired Skills:
- Fundamentals of Networking.
- Understanding of basic network models OSI , TCP, VLAN, Subnet.
- Knowledge of Linux, Windows server.
- Knowledge on Computer Hardware and Operating System Monitoring,
- Soft Skills should have good interaction and interpersonal skills.
- Requisites a good team player and active participation.
- Good knowledge in Software -Programming, VB, .NET, Java is an added advantage.
- Added Advantage: Any networking (CCNA)/windows/Linux course or certification will be an added advantage.

Job Description:
- Monitoring and Reporting on all IT related infrastructure (Servers, Network Devices, Storage Devices, etc.) using Monitoring Tools and follow the Standard Operating Procedure as per ITIL process to resolve issues and ensuring high availability and attainment of service levels.
