Eligibility Criteria:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following.

• A final year student or recent graduate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or knowledge in any one of BI tools (Qlik Sense or Power BI preferably).
• Eager to learn and work with various functions /stakeholders in the company.
• Excellent Analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data and information.
• Able to look at numbers, trends, and data and derive conclusions based on findings.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

You are responsible for

• Assist in Execution and/or consolidation of the reporting and KPIs according to the defined standard.
• Support planning and operations in day to day problem solving in terms of follow up on system issues and planning data analysis in supply chain field.
• Working closely together with the planning and operation team supporting the reporting and data analysis process.
• Understand and participate improvements in line with business dynamics as a part of continuous improvement to serve our user community (i.e improve and automate the report generation process, monitor and challenge reporting structure, data analysis to provide recommendation for continuous improvement).
• Support other supply or team related initiatives as assigned by the manager.
