Job Description:

• Firstsource Walk-in Interviews For Voice Process.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream.
• Work Experience: Fresher/0- 3 years of experience in BPO Process or Customer service background can apply.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and listening skills in English and/or regional languages.
• Candidates should be willing to work in 24/7 environment (Including night shifts).

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers regarding telecom services (mobile, broadband, etc).
• Resolve billing issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and process service requests.
• Provide accurate information on products, plans, and offers.
• Adhere to process guidelines and compliance requirements.
