Job Description:

• NIIT is conducting interviews for Non Voice (Email and Chat) Technical support for top MNC in Hyderabad.
• To Provide Technical and customer support to Global customers.
• Resolve the queries of the customers by troubleshooting the Issue through email and chat support.
• Work Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate with excellent communications.
• Freshers are also eligible (No Backlogs).
• If experienced maximum 11 months of experience which is related to Customer or technical support.
• Flexible to work for rotational shifts.
• Looking for someone who is Technical savvy.
