- Good exposure in MS Office tools (MS Excel: Intermediate Skills, MS PPT: Intermediate Skills, MS Access : Intermediate Skills).
- Should possess excellent communication skills as this person will be responsible to communicate with the clients and other interested parties over calls regularly.
- Soft Skills – Strong English skills, effective communicator; proactive in asking questions; inquisitive; provides solutions.
- Should be proactive and should be in a position to comprehend to requests sent via emails and/or phone calls from the clients.
- Excellent comprehension Skills.
- Aptitude to learn.
- Adaptable to changing demands and conditions.
- Self motivated and is Open to work in any shift & extended hours.
- Should be able to join immediately.
