Eligibility Criteria:
Fresher: Trainee Customer Support Officer – Level 1:
- Graduate Freshers and experienced
- Undergraduates (10+2 / 10+2+Diploma)
Experienced: Customer Support Officer -Level 2:
- Undergraduates (10+2 / 10+2+Diploma ) with minimum 6 months experience in Customer Support.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent Communication skills.
Excellent Verbal / Written skills.
Candidates flexible working in shifts.
Note:
- BE, BTech, MTech, MCA, BSc (IT/CS) and MBA are not eligible for this profile.
