Job Description:

• Mphasis is Hiring For Trainee Transaction Processing Officer (Non Voice) – Pune.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Should be good in both written & verbal communication; must be able to understand & comprehend English.
• Should possess basis analytical-reasoning skills.
• Must have basic knowledge on MS office.
• Good keyboard skills needs to be able to toggle between many screens with speed and needs to be able to type with speed and accuracy.
• Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs.
• 25 wpm typing speed with 80% accuracy.
• Should be flexible working with night shift.
