Job Description:

• Mphasis is Hiring For Trainee Transaction Processing Officer – Pune.
• Immediate Joiner.
• Work From Office.
• Processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLA and providing resolutions within the timelines.
• Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence.
• Understanding client requirement and resolving queries through emails.
• Adhering to company compliances and policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduates.
• Good Communication skills (Written & Verbal).
• Good Analytical, logical, and reasoning skills.
• Must have basic skills in usage of MS word and MS excel.
• Good keyboard skills need to be able to toggle between many screens with speed and needs to be able to type with 30WPM and 90% accuracy.
• Must be willing to work in flexible shifts, multitask and be adaptable to change.
• Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.
