Job Description:
- Mphasis is hiring for Technical Support Associate – Bangalore.
- Job Level – L1 Engineer.
- Shift Timing – Day shift.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills and any one regional language.
- Basic computer hardware knowledge.
Minimum Skills Required:
- Effective Communication Skills/Clarity in communication.
- Ability to Handle Pressure and display emotional stability.
- Speed and Efficiency.
- Problem Solving ability and logical approach.
- Listening capacity.
- Customer centricity.
- Patience and empathy.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Active demonstration of ownership, time management and multitasking of tools.
- Demonstrate high level of Interpersonal & communication skills & handle objections and customer escalations.
- Should demonstrate good analytical/logical approach on troubleshooting for resolving Hardware & Software issues.
- Should have excellent CRM skills, Email/Chat Etiquettes, Customer First mindset is crucial.
- A+ , N+, MCSA, MCSE Technical certifications would be added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
The tasks of these Engineers could include one or more of the following:
- Must possess the zeal to demonstrate Customer First culture in every interaction.
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix Hardware/ Networking/OS related queries over the phone.
- Ability to provide solutions to customers that may involve selling the customer a product or service to fix the issue.
Interview Process:
- 2 Mphasis Rounds & 2 Client Rounds (Client 1st round – Soft Skills (SS Round), Client 2nd round – Operations Round).
