Job Description:
- Requirements: Minimum 40hrs commitment per week.
- Technical Analysts – Minimum 70% in all academic years + Good Communication skills + Analytical Skills + 1 Programming Language (Java or C++ or Angular JS) – development skills are mandatory + 1 Database skills (Oracle or NoSql)).
- Business Consultant – Minimum 70% in all academic years + Good Communication skills + Analytical Skills + Database Knowledge (Oracle or NoSql) – Start date ASAP.

Salary:
- For Full time Opportunity starting salary is from 2.4 to 3 lacs/annum.
- Internship Program starting salary (Stipend) is 1.2 lacs/annum.

Interview Levels:
Offer is based on their line of work & department (Services versus R&D). We have multiple levels of interviews to do this assessment and their respective scores on each level.
- 1: Research & Development: Students who have shown descent programming skills, and strong potential to pick up technologies along with strong communication skills & independent thinking, we can choose them for R&D. On top of that, students who have exceeded certain scores across Analytical, Programming & Communication will be considered for full time opportunity otherwise may consider them for Internship program.
- 2. Services – Business Consultant: Students who are weak in programming & analytical skills but descent communication skills and exhibit signs to learn our Domain (Supply chain) with aggressive training (6 months) we have chosen them for Services Consulting role. We want to give an opportunity to them on internship and assess before we offer them full time opportunity. They are taken for intern roles and will be assessed for full time opportunity during this probationary period based on their ongoing performance.
