Job Description:
- IGT Solutions is hiring freshers for IT Trainee – Gurgaon, Pune Locations.
- Domain: Java, Testing, Devops, RPA Automation, BA.
- Work Location: Gurgaon/Pune (INDIA) – Work From Home.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh Graduate from 2022 batch and above.
- Computer Science/ IT background
- 60% and above in 10th, 12th, and Graduation (throughout).
- No Gap in Education.
- No current Back Logs.
- 2 years of Service Agreement (can exceed to 3 years).
Skill Set Required:
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Passionate towards learning and doing research work.
- Good in analytical, Mathematical & logical skills.
Knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills – written & verbal.
- Basic knowledge of Coding platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Good understanding of software technologies and methodologies.
- Good understanding of object-oriented approaches to software development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Weightage of Technical Skills (60%).
- Communication & Interpersonal skills (25%).
- Problem solving skills (15%).
- Prime responsibility is to design, code, unit test, integrate applications based on Java platform with utilization of web services.
- Participating actively in software design discussions and responsible for low level designs.
- Writing code that is both functional and elegant, following appropriate design patterns.
- A passion for technology and its use to solve complex business problems in a timely and robust manner.
- Responsible for key parameters including quality, schedule & correctness for project deliveries.
- Work effectively with client support teams and implementation architects to resolve application issues.
