Job Description:

• HCLTech Walkin For Healthcare Voice Inbound & Outbound – Chennai.
• Work Location: Sholinganallur ELCOT SEZ Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers: Graduation must and NO B.E/B.Tech/Engineering/Tech Graduates.
• Experience: 1-3 years (Minimum 12th Standard).
• Experience with Good English Communication is Mandatory (Minimum 6months in US Healthcare with RCM, Denials).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Healthcare, Inbound & Outbound Calls, International Voice support in Healthcare Domain, RCM, Denial Management, Provider, Payer Experience.
• Claims Processing, AR Calling, Claims Query, Entire RCM Cycle.

Rounds of interview:

• HR Screening.
• Versant Test.
• Operations Interview.
• Laptops are not allowed in the campus.
