Job Description:

• Coforge Hiring For Freshers For Greater Noida Location.
• Coforge is conducting a Walk-in Drive on 7th and 8th February 2025 for Freshers Candidates ONLY.
• Monthly Salary: Rs 15,000.
• Work Location: Greater Noida.
• Work Mode: 5 day Work From Office.
• Shift timing: US Shift Only.
• Both sides cabs are available, within 15 Km of the office address.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication in English (reading, writing and Comprehension).
• Familiarity with computers.
• Good communication skills.
• Average quantitative aptitude.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge standard office applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook,
• Typing: Ensuring accuracy when entering data and handling customer information. Typing speed required 35 WPM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):

• Must: Available to work in all shifts, preferably available for the night shift. Weekend support will be required whenever applicable.
• Basic knowledge of the Mortgage and Title operations process.
• Perform daily tasks provided and adhere to daily productivity and Quality metrics.
• Ability to interact with team leads and use judgment to escalate issues and ask question.
• Ability to manage competing priorities deliverables and initiatives.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel and Word.
• Handling client inquiries, processing transactions, providing accurate information about processes, adhering to company policies, maintaining records.
