Job Description:
- To answer enquiries on chat in a polite and professional manner.
- Should be able to use Social Media efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Complete call& transaction logs.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Capture customer data accurately and input it to a CRM/DB platform.
