Job Description:

• HCL hiring For Product Testing For Freshers (3rd Party payroll).
• Work Location: HCL Navalur office, Chennai.
• Shift Timings (Rotational Shifts).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Opening is only for Fresher level
• Certification on Manual/Automation testing would be an added advantage.
• Candidate must possess Decent communication skills (written & oral).
• Typing Knowledge Required.
• Willingness to work in Rotational Shift & willing to work on Chamber environment (different climatic condition).
• Willingness to relocate near Navallur Location if required (candidate to hail from South Chennai).
• Good attitude towards learning.
• Good in Basics of MS Office.

Job Description For Non Voice Process:

• Role to perform product testing (manual product testing).
• Meet daily productivity and quality scores.
• Responsible for meeting productivity matrix and quality standards.
• Team Player.
• Improving skill level through Self-development.
• Meeting Quality Scores and bringing Innovation & Process Improvement.
• The individual should be able to work effectively in a team whilst enthusing others to do the same for achievement of common goals of the team.
• To consistently meet or exceed all agreed Productivity parameters as defined for the process.
• Supporting entire Lab set up, Print server setup & Machine Configuration.
• Involving in Driver & Firmware Installation.
• Writing & Uploading test cases for future execution.
• Execution of test cases (raising Events/Defects).
• Defect Validation & Verification (Capturing logs).
• Attending Daily stand up call meeting with the Client for any Process related updates.
• Testing in different Environmental Conditions.
