Job Description:
- GlobalFoundries is seeking a motivated, self-driven intern to work on software and tools used for Reliability modeling.
- This work will involve enhancing existing tools/scripts, as well as developing new ones which are used to do QA of semiconductor reliability models.
- This requires strong coding background and expertise in C, C++ and python. Knowledge of perl and VBA is desirable.
- Basic of knowledge of semiconductor physics of devices (MOSFET) is also needed.
- Knowledge of semiconductor reliability phenomenon (HCI, BTI etc.) would be an added plus.
Your Job:
- The candidate should be able to get started in various existing C, C++, and python codes, understand and enhance them as per specifications, and develop new code where necessary.
- The code should conform to software development best practices. Prior coding experience (1-2 years) is necessary.
- The candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision and should have requisite coding and debugging skills.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Pursuing B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science or related field.
