- Genpact Mega Virtual Drive for Content Moderation/Curation.
- We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our organization as Content Moderation Associates in our Genpact Madurai office.
- Shifts: Flexible with any shifts.
Requirements:
- Graduates from any discipline.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (freshers are welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible 24/7 shift schedule and work 5 days a week in rotational shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content according to established guidelines and policies.
- Ensure compliance with platform standards and regulations while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Identify and escalate content that violates policies or poses risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and standards.
