Job Description:

• Gainsight is hiring For GSALL Training Program – Freshers (2020/2021).

What is GS ALL (Gainsight Admin Leadership League):

• “GS ALL”, is a  program that aims to train engineers into GS Admins and enable them to secure a full time opportunity in the industry after graduating from the program.
• The training program consists of three phases: Behavioral Skills Training, Technical Skills training and Capstone Project.
• The GS ALL program will spread across 10 work weeks and consist of 400 hours of training.

Prerequisites:

• Goal setting and expectation management.
• Soft skills required at the workplace for success.
• Workplace Communication.
• Cross-Cultural Communication.
• Public speaking and participating in meetings/webinars.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Should be a 2020/2021 Graduate who can join us immediately.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent aptitude for Technology and strong logical and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or CRM (Salesforce).
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment in which the requirements are not always well defined and priorities change frequently.
