Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 60% marks throughout the academics. (i.e 10th, 12th, Graduation/Post Graduation).
- BTech, MTech, MBA graduates are not eligible.
- Basic knowledge on systems monitoring tools.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, UNIX and Networking are required.
- Scripting (shell/Perl) knowledge desirable
- Good to have knowledge in any monitoring tool like Nagios, Zabbix, cacti etc
- Good Communication Skills and interpersonal skills are required.
- Only Male Candidates as this involves rotational shifts.
Job Description:
- IT Systems monitoring team will be responsible for monitoring FTD production servers/network for anomalies, errors and has the operational responsibility to get the issues fixed at the earliest.
- Job Timings: Rotational Shift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of FTD Production Systems for any issues.
- Handling all escalations promptly.
- Proper handling of issue reported and tracking.
- Handle all server and service related outages.
- Point of Contact for FTD vendors and third-parties
