Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 60% marks throughout the academics. (i.e 10th, 12th, Graduation/Post Graduation).
• BTech, MTech, MBA graduates are not eligible.
• Basic knowledge on systems monitoring tools.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, UNIX and Networking are required.
• Scripting (shell/Perl) knowledge desirable
• Good to have knowledge in any monitoring tool like Nagios, Zabbix, cacti etc
• Good Communication Skills and interpersonal skills are required.
• Only Male Candidates as this involves rotational shifts.

Job Description:

• IT Systems monitoring team will be responsible for monitoring FTD production servers/network for anomalies, errors and has the operational responsibility to get the issues fixed at the earliest.
• Job Timings: Rotational Shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of FTD Production Systems for any issues.
• Handling all escalations promptly.
• Proper handling of issue reported and tracking.
• Handle all server and service related outages.
• Point of Contact for FTD vendors and third-parties
