Job Description:

• We are hiring for an International Chat Process role.
• The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries from clients, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• 5 days working.
• Work Location: Bangalore (Work From Office).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle chats with International customers.
• Understand customer queries and resolve them efficiently.
• Maintain clear and professional communication.
• Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to process guidelines and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers with BE/BTECH/BSC/POSTGRADUATES cant apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
