Job Description:

• Job purpose: Responsible for overseeing the complete end to end recruitment process for the assigned candidates.
• Work Mode: Work from Office.
• Employment Type: Permanent.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Percentage: 60% Above (10th, 12th/Diploma & Graduation).

Job Responsibilities:

• Individual contribution towards achieving set revenue target.
• Manage different types of candidates at the same time.
• Ensure quality profiles are delivered to the clients at a turnaround time.
• Maintain proper records of the Candidate data management.
• Maintain structured records / data of activities performed to draw insights and take corrective actions of the work done.
• Ensure the set KPI targets are achieved Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly.
• Update ATS tool daily/weekly.

Desired Skills:

• Good in communication.
  Proactive in approach.
  Attention to detail.
  Experience in candidate relationship management
  Experience working for IT recruitment.
