- CCNA Certification is Mandatory.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently multi-task, prioritize and resolve urgent issues.
- Ability to work on 24×7 shifts.
- Should have the capacity to explore and learn by him.
- Ability to triage a problem quickly & provide on call technician about the critical information in a clear, concise and quick manner.
Job Description:
- Monitor and verify Linux and windows services based on the alerts.
- Handling the alerts and take necessary actions as per the guideline.
- Deploying, applying patch and builds.
- Performing data conversions using tools.
- Report generation on weekly basis.
- NOC is a 24×7 support team.
