Job Description:

  • Deloitte is hiring for Associate Analyst (Finance Administrator).
  • Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM.
  • Work Location: Hyderabad.
  • As an Administrative Assistant you will assist our Client Administrators and Finance Controllers in their day-to-day activities.
  • You will support the Finance team during month end and year end closings.

The Team:

  • The USI F&BO team at Hyderabad supports a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.

Required Qualifications:

  • BCom Fresher or 0-1 year of experience in Finance.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Quick learning skills and Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Finance.

The key skills required are as follows:

  • You are assertive, have good organizing and communication skills.
  • You are precise and accurate, and like to do administrative work.
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You are accurate in your execution.
  • You have an eye for detail and work in a structured, systematic, and orderly manner.

Work you’ll do:

The key job responsibilities include the following:

  • Creating additional L2 WBS (charge codes) and follow-up on related approvals in SWIFT.
  • Handling Time Transfer requests in SWIFT.
  • Sending reminders for Missing Timesheets.
  • Adhere to the working with best practice guidelines in time transfers.
  • Adding/Updating manual staffing for resources in our Staffing Tool/ iManage.
  • Saving documents for our client Teams on iManage.
  • Basic knowledge in business finance and administration.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and complaints, by call or emails, after having checked the relevant information from different tools.
  • Contact person/e-mail id creation and linking to customers in SWIFT.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 0 to 1.5 years of relevant experience in a Learning/Backend Operations environment.

Skills Required:

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should have knowledge of email etiquette.
  • Should have knowledge of excel and and its use in creating data cuts and reporting.
  • Should have ability to team with others
  • Should be able to prioritize time and tasks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Should have basic knowledge of creating MS PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience with Virtual platforms like Zoom, Saba Meeting/Centra, MS Teams etc will be an added advantage.
  • Should have experience of handling cases/tickets.
  • Should have ability to interact well with internal clients and understand their requirements.
