Job Description:

• Infinx Healthcare Walkin Drive Freshers For Voice Process and Semi Voice Process.
• Designation/Role: Trainee.
• Department: AR/Pre-Authorization.
• Work Timing: Night Shift.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Job Responsibilities:

The job involves conducting patient pay estimates, insurance verification and getting preauthorization for multiple specialties.

• Obtaining accurate information from insurance carriers
• Details obtained from the insurance should be within compliance.
• Decision making abilities while speaking to the Insurance representative.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum HSC/10+2 Equivalent (Any Graduate Preferred).
• Work Experience: 0-1 year experience US calling process will be an added advantage.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication Skills.
• Able to build rapport over the phone.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be a team player with positive approach.
• Good keyboard skills and well versed with MS-Office.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver expected daily productivity targets.
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy.
