Essential Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) – 2021/2022/2023 pass-outs only.
• No prior work experience or apprentice experience (prior internship experience can be considered).
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and Analytical skill.
• Flexible with Shifts.

Desirable Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Daily Cash Posting (Checks, ACHs & Wires), Account Reconciliations, Remit Feeding, Minimise UI/UA Payments etc.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain organization in day-to-day activities.

What you’ll achieve:

• As a Graduate Apprentice, you will part of a team performing transformational projects and performing data analysis on key invoicing areas.
• You will collaborate with various team working on multiple Finance domains.

You Will:

• Preparation & posting journal entries.
• Balance Sheet Account reconciliations.
• Support team with month end, Quarter end and Year end close process.
• Reconciliation of Sub ledger to General ledger.
• Daily allocation working, Manual Portal billing, IDG Tracker maintenance.
• Daily Cash Posting (Checks, ACHs & Wires), Account Reconciliations, Remit Feeding, Minimise UI/UA Payments.
• Create Voucher for Daily Payment Processing for Partners.
• Managing invoice upload activity to ensure invoices are loaded to ERP systems.
