Job Description:
- CSS Corp is hiring for GIS Engineer – Hyderabad.
- Execute transactions/tickets as per client provided guidelines and timelines and follows the process with the objective of meeting defined SLA.
- Understanding of Point of Interest will be required.
- Notice Period: Immediate joinee.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduation with computer Knowledge.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret issues reported by internal and external map users – Understand the customer problem, reported via tickets.
- Adding, editing, or deleting agency sources.
- Providing feedback and suggestions when issues and concerns are encountered.
- Keeping track of completed tasks, initiatives, and upcoming responsibilities on a regular basis.
- Review and research requests to determine if map attributes require edits/updates – Conduct the required research per process in order to solve the reported issue.
- Perform data attribute editing – Make accurate edits on map as required & evident from research.
- Perform quality check on completed tickets as per checklist.
- Close the ticket per process with appropriate closing actions.
