Full Time and technical support voice program, troubleshooting of software and applications.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve data-related QuickBooks issues
- Narrow down issue to a specific data file.
- Narrow down issue to a data problem.
- Appropriately using Verify/Rebuild.
- Ability to diffuse distressed customers.
- Empathy and ownership of Case/Request and desire to completely resolve.
- Eliminating alternatives: Logical progression of process of elimination.
- Ability to follow Knowledge Base articles correcting basic data related issues.
